Customer Care
At Saint & Poet, your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected by our terms and conditions.
By emailing your order to us, you are offering to purchase goods at the stated price, subject to our terms and conditions.
Occasionally, we may need to adjust our prices. Please refer to our website for the most up-to-date pricing.
We strongly recommend requesting a fabric sample before placing an order to ensure it meets your expectations for fabric, colour, tone, weave, and finish. If you choose not to request a fabric sample, we cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies, and your order will be non-refundable. Be aware that fabric colours may vary due to different screen displays and settings.
When your order is dispatched, we include a leaflet asking you to verify that the correct fabric and colour have been sent. Although all fabrics are thoroughly checked, errors can occur. If you are using the fabric yourself or having it made by a third party, please perform all necessary checks. Notify us of any issues before cutting the fabric, as we cannot accept responsibility for errors or quality issues once the fabric has been cut and made up.
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery. We cannot offer a refund for items cut to your specifications but are happy to offer an exchange, as defined by the Distance Selling Act. Again, please request a fabric sample before placing your order to avoid any discrepancies.
We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods under extreme circumstances.
All goods are subject to availability. If we cannot supply the goods, we will refund any payments made but will not be liable for compensation or damages. We source only 'perfect' quality products directly from manufacturers.
A binding contract is formed only when you receive email confirmation from us that your order is accepted.
We aim to deliver within the specified time frame, but delivery may be subject to conditions beyond our control. All delivery times are approximate, and we are not liable for any compensation or damages resulting from delays.
If we cannot deliver within the usual timeframe, we will notify you immediately. Upon receipt, please check your delivery for external damage. In the unlikely event of receiving faulty goods, contact us within 7 days by email. We cannot accept fabrics as 'faulty' once they have been cut. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Check all goods for colour, condition, and accuracy of printing to ensure they match your order. Once goods have been cut, treated, made up, installed, or damaged, they cannot be returned for credit under any circumstances.
You are responsible for the goods once delivery is made or delayed at your request.
Textile materials may shrink. Allow for up to 5% shrinkage when making curtains and soft furnishings.

Fabrics must comply with the ‘Furniture and Furnishing (Fire) (Safety) Regulations 1988’ if used for upholstery. Flame retardant treatment may affect the finish, handle, and colour of fabrics.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions.
