Foliage Leaf No.9 takes a quieter, more illustrative approach to botanical pattern. Painterly blue branches and magnolia-like forms spread across a light neutral ground, producing an elegant floral upholstery fabric with the poise of a hand-rendered study. The restrained two-colour palette feels fresh and refined, making this design especially useful where pattern is wanted without overwhelming the architecture of a room.
Its graceful repeat suits classic wing chairs, curved occasional seating, window benches and bedroom headboards, but it is equally persuasive on a clean-lined contemporary sofa. The robust 47% linen, 40% cotton and 13% nylon composition is rated to 35,000+ Martindale for domestic and contract upholstery. No.9’s pale ground gives the foliage space to breathe and makes it an easy companion for stone, cream and natural timber. Those softer foundations can be developed through the neutral upholstery fabrics, while darker piping or a contrast reverse can add definition to tailored furniture. Used in a bedroom or drawing room, the pattern introduces botanical detail with a composed, almost mural-like quality that remains restful across a larger upholstered surface. The design may also be used for curtains and blinds when a coordinated botanical scheme is desired.
A sample is recommended to appreciate the delicate blue tonal variation and 28cm repeat at home. Returns & Refund Policy
At Saint & Poet we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from. We take great effort to ensure the products we sell are represented as accurately as possible on screen through multiple images. However, colours on screens can vary. This is due to computer screens generating colour through RGB, comapred to our digital printers which print with CMYK. This combined with different contrast and brightness settings can make the fabric appear more muted. This is why we advise you to order a sample prior to ordering.
Cut fabrics which are cut and specifically produced to your requirements are unfortunately non refundable.
Returns cannot be accepted for fabrics (unless faulty) as they have been cut to your order requirements, therefore we strongly advise that you use the sampling service before purchasing fabric so that you can be sure that the fabric is the correct shade. Please note that cut fabrics are non-refundable unless there is a defect or error on our part.s.
